Almost all of my shoes have about this much....

But showing everything but your toenail is kind of gross. And how do those even stay on??

That's not bad.

^^^ I think it's Allegra, daughter of Donatella Versace. She 's had her issues with weight in the past I think...

But I 'll agree, her..toe exposure is just unacceptable...to me she looks like she's having trouble walking (keeping her toes in her shoes)...:smile1:

Honestly, I've never thought that toe cleavage is "sexy" or anything. I didn't even know it could be considered sexy or unsexy, right for work or wrong for work, etc.! I just thought it depended on the shoes. That said, I've always liked no toe cleavage. I was wearing some flats today that showed some toe (like just the little slit parts... this is hard to describe), and I didn't like it. But it's not sexy or anything...

I totally agree with Nina on this one... more than two "cracks" showing is too much. But I also have preferences on toe cleavage/exposure going the other way... in other words, with a peep toe shoe or sandal. With a peep toe show two toes are maximum I prefer.

With sandals, I think the pinkie toe should always be concealed/covered by the strap... and that four toes showing is perfection (unless you're totally casual one day and wear havaianas)

Is it just me or does toe cleavage look wrong? I know some think it’s ‘in’ but I can’t see this look ever being in. I’ve passed on many beautiful shoes because of that. I think it makes the shoes look like they are too small for the foot.

I even have a pair of Armani shoes I got super cheap but I’ve never worn them because they put this plastic strip over the front of the foot and the result is major toe cleavage and it’s always felt wrong. Pics are below.

Am I just too picky and need to get over it? Can this look ever look good?
