Toe Cleavage - How much is too much?

I'm assuming we've been talking about cleavage for the first couple of toes, and most people are fine with it. I have a pair of low cut patent pumps, though, where there's tc all the way to the pinkie toes! I'm a little timid about wearing them, because I wonder if it's 'too much', or if they'll give the impression of just being too small for me.

Any thoughts or advice?

Feet do come in different shapes. With mine the first toe cleavage you see is actually the little toe one.
The only restriction to toe cleavage I have is that it is allowed for evening/party shoes. I find it inappropriate for office environment. To me it equals to unbuttoning the third button on your shirt.

Thanks for your reply! After I read it, I checked out my other low-cut shoes, both heels and flats, and realized all of them showed a bit of pinkie and adjacent cleavage! I guess it was just more subtle than the ones I was thinking about, which show a lot more of the toes.

Those are party shoes, though, so I feel better about them now :D

As i have Long toes :( toe cleavage I can't Barely avoid when wearing heels ....I've gotten used to it and now I really like it

BTW that's the only way how my toes ever see the daylight ;) as I hate sandals peep toes and all kind of open shoes due to my long toes I only have "closed" heels

I don't think that I have a pair of Louboutins that don't have toe cleavage! I used to be very afraid of toe cleavage, but even my conservative Chanel flats have them, and my shoes that cover it all up do look somewhat dated and matronly on me. However, I try to avoid toe cleavage for office or professional settings.

I've also made peace with the fact that I have long toes, and toe cleavage is just going to happen. If I buy the shoe any tighter to hide them, my toes suffer greatly for it.
