The person I spoke to was some supervisor/manager and they were so rude too! They sent back the shoes to me with a letter saying they don't carry the color and they cannot accept the return. I should've known better and filed a dispute with my CC but just let it go. Don't let it go and fight it! What they do to people is wrong. I wish I never signed for the shoes and disputed it.
I guess we're put in a difficult position because you can't really open the box before you sign for it. I just posted the shoes back to NAP today, hopefully they do the right thing and send me the right one soon. If they don't, I will definitely complain because frankly that was extremely bad customer service what they did to you.
 
Hi everyone! Just a quick update, I received my Miu Miu shoes from NAP today and received the right pair this time. It turned out there was some distribution mishap from Miu Miu to NAP and the styles got mixed up in the process. Shipping was very quick, just like the first time and the shoes came in perfect condition. NAP has also refunded the shipping charges to me and offered free shipping for my next purchase which I really appreciate. Will definitely shop from NAP again :smile1:
