I guess we're put in a difficult position because you can't really open the box before you sign for it. I just posted the shoes back to NAP today, hopefully they do the right thing and send me the right one soon. If they don't, I will definitely complain because frankly that was extremely bad customer service what they did to you.The person I spoke to was some supervisor/manager and they were so rude too! They sent back the shoes to me with a letter saying they don't carry the color and they cannot accept the return. I should've known better and filed a dispute with my CC but just let it go. Don't let it go and fight it! What they do to people is wrong. I wish I never signed for the shoes and disputed it.
