Puffy and overly structured? I think you've described it absolutely right. The PM looks on you like the GM looked on me. Just somehow not right. (No offense to you AT ALL!) I sent mine back, sadly. Its a bummer, but there will be many, MANY other excellent LV bags for you, I am sure!

It's super cute...better handheld than on shoulder IMO but if you're not 1000% in love with it then return it!
