To all the new Bleecker Patent Tote owners.....here's a "FLASH"!

I called Coach's customer Service # today and had the woman dig around and she said there was a large tote #12403 and it is $498. I wish I had know before I bought # 12362. I would have bought the larger one but I already cut the tags on this one. Well anyway I have attached a pic of both totes. The dimensions they gave me for the large tote are 20" L x 10 3/4" H x 6" W. Thanks.

Oh yeah, that's right...now I remember that. I didn't write it down when I first talked to my SA, and I totally forgot! So either the $398 is the smaller one my SA is talking about, or there's still a smaller tote than the $398 one. Thanks for posting this! I will post the other details as soon as I get them.
Okay, I called JAX to get more info since I was misinformed at the store because that's originally what I asked for, and the CS rep said they pulled back the Delphine version so it wont be made. Just the Sophie version. Maybe that's why the SA thought there was no Delphine version. I am so confused now.
This I just confirmed is not true. I guess it depends on who you talk to...JAX must have been confused! They have both the Delphine ($498) and the Sophie ($458) available, and there will also be a patchwork version of the Delphine, but I have no other details on the patchwork at this time.
OK...I WISH I had thoroughly read this thread before taking action. 
I hate that search is down. I miss so much if I don't read every single moment and get behind on threads and trying to find a thread is impossible.
I used my PCE to order what I thought was Purple Patent tote 12362 ($398). The SA who helped me had no idea what it was and dug around in the computer. I didn't know the style number or price off of my head just that it was a Bleecker Patent Tote. So I ended up looking at a grainy pic on their computer monitor. It turns out I ordered the larger 12403 ($498). I don't know that I wanted anything THAT big and I don't think I like the shape as much. I definitely not loving the larger horse and carriage on the front (see pic a few messages up).
I am waiting for it to arrive. If I don't like it I'll go back to the store and see if I can return it and have them reorder the smaller size and hopefully still honor my PCE.

That stinks that you didn't get the right one ordered. I was mad too because when I ordered mine I thought there was only one size. I would have actually order the larger one myself but I didn't know it existed. Well I hope you like yours. Thanks.

In most cases your SA should/would offer to reorder the correct one.

Did you get all of your pictures off of drilldown? I had been a worshipper of the dd but have not been able to get it to work for me for a while, and wondered if the numbers/letters combo had changed. I have plugged all the item numbers in as well as item # and colors. . . I would do a search, but . . .

How many other Coach-Loveres have been able to use their PCEs on the 12362 Plum Patent Tote? I was told on the phone, by my SA, that I couldn't because the bag wasn't available in the store or online. I'm going to try again tomorrow

I am sorry I just now saw your question. I didn't get the pictures from the drilldown. It never seems to work. When you go to the coach site and go into the details for a certain items right click the picture and look at the properties. The pictures are hosted elsewhere. I use a link like this;

and change the item # and color. The b4 stands for brass and the pm for plum. As long as you know the abbreviations for the color and the style # it will come up. I just kept changing the #'s and found alot of those pictures. Hope this helps you. Thanks.
