I must just be anxiously waiting for a proposal! We've been looking at rings forever ( over a year) and once we saw the Sola ( the yellow center stone) we fell in love, but then we saw the soleste and James fell in love first and then I quickly followed. I hope we get engaged soon! Everyone keep your fingers crossed please! I'll update when I find out more :)

I just wanted to send a little update. The SA told us the price increased by 10% which made the ring over our budget, but she is going to speak with her manager today to see what she can do. I really hope it works out!!!

Ok, she says it is looking good and we have the original price. So she is waiting for it to be approved tomorrow. It's also coming in early... On FRIDAY! James has to go without me knowing, so now I'm just trying not to get my hopes up about the approval! I'll update tomorrow, I can't wait to get engaged!!

10%, that's insane. Is this in US or Canada?

Yeah, that's for sure! We've been talking and I think since we're both in school he wants to wait until he gets a job in April. I can respect that, it's just sad! But it's ok because it gives us a chance to remember what it's all about. I think we starting losing the meaning and it became all about the ring. Thank you for all of your advice! I know I'll still have plenty of questions. He says once he starts working he wants to get a 1.5 soleste! He wants to spoil me that's for sure! He wants to continue looking too, but maybe we need a break! It wouldn't hurt if I added a nice diamond pendant to my Christmas list! :p
