Everytime I think of turquoise color...i think of Spring/Summer. But i think it also depends on the shade if its darker or lighter..

That's the turquoise that looks more green IRL. It's definitely a green turquoise rather than a blue turquoise. It's a pretty neutral color too. I would wear greys, blacks, maybe navys with it.

Oh I saw that on Fashionphile. It's a dark turquoise for sure then.
