Hi, I think this is the Saint Laurent YSL Envelope Bag in Tri Quilted. I personally love it! It’s so classic in design especially in black and gold combination. I think the quilting makes it more unique and stand out.
It can be worn day and night and can be both edgy or ladylike depending on your outfit.
I can definitely see myself adding one to my collection soon. Problem is I have too many YSL bags on my Wishlist haha.
I was looking at this bag too! It is beautiful! Does it have a back pocket for a cell phone? Did you try it on crossbody?
Stores are closed here still but I’ve been really wanting a college medium and would love to see both of these side by side.
Is that the medium or the large? I think both can be worn crossbody, in earlier posts they showed images of a celeb wearing the large crossbody.

Hi! Thanks for replying . Sorry, didn't specify size. It's the large. I know it can be worn crossbody, just wondering how comfy it is, given that it's a slightly larger bag. Congrats on your new purchase, and thanks for the tip! I'm desperate to buy the lovely beige colour in the large, which I think is available on Saks (can't find it anywhere else) but I'm in the UK, so it would work out as much more expensive than buying here given import duties etc . Hi it's difficult to say whether it will be comfortable cross body as everyone has different thresholds/ideas of what they believe to be comfortable. I think it also depends on your height, size and even breast size to determine whether it will be comfortable on you. The bag in itself is not heavy compared to a lot of bags, but it is quiet rectangular so some might think it's not too comfortable cross body. Either way try it on and see how you go. HI, yes i think on a tall person the Large size would work lovely as a cross body. I am petite, around 5'1 and i am even considering getting both the medium and the Large size.

I visited the Saint Laurent store yesterday to look at the medium Envelope bags. I had such a difficult time trying to decide between Black & the Dark Smog grey colour. I bought the black but can’t stop thinking of the Dark Smog
