Did Chanel do anything for you?

Unfortunately no. They claimed it was a wear and tear and told me to send it to a external shop for a bag spa.. sigh..
I took it back from the store, used it again and realised that the leather just keep peeling slightly. Seriously disappointed with this lousy ’caviar’ quality, I believe its just coated leather.. different from the caviar they used for the classic flaps.

No this was a seasonal bag.
Chanel releases 6 collections per year:
C - Croisière (Cruise)
P - Printemps (Spring or Spring/Summer Act 1)
S - Summer or Spring/Summer Act 2
A - Métiers d’Art
B - Fall/Winter act 1
K - Fall/Winter act 2

I am not yet sure if I will purchase a Coco First or not but it surely is a very versatile bag! It came in beige, pink, black, bordeaux and green this season! What do you think of the bag?
