As picky as i am i am not as concerned about the glazing. the cassie multi i just got back from repair (new C and Turnlock) will give the bag a lot of life. I am with you i care far less because at least in the past i picked up the cassie and cassie 19s on sale for at least 50% off and i think a couple were 50 plus 20. Not seeing discounts like that anymore from coach but i see people on the Market Places selling New (still a couple years old) or gently used for full retail or more. Crazy. So i am not banking to much on sales anymore but you are right i care far less when i scooped the cassie on sale for 175 or 150 than 350 and now coach seems to have increase the staple bags by 50 dollars. I have a lot of bags unused and i am glad because i can harvest my closet.
I did break down and bought the Willow Bucket in Yellow for 350 from Zappos. It arrived in great condition and i have only seen it at dillards in that color. Zappos gives you a year to return if you don’t use it but i am likely going to keep it even though i paid retail. I love the vanilla and it goes with a lot of my winter colors so i don’t care about seasonal issues. It is a pale buttery soft yellow and looks good int he bucket And it has brass hardware not pewter
