I thought I was going to send mine back--even though I would have been sad. It was an interior dialogue I was having with myself over this little extravagance.
Somehow I scratched it (it's very easy to do.) And no, I wouldn't return something scratched or damaged. It was that scratch that reminded me of why I own very few light colored bags. I think the other two Kips are gorgeous in the tan and chalk. Enjoy!

I think you may be able to buff the scratch out and enjoy the bag. I'm most excited about the glovetanned leather because of the patina and "story" it'll tell over time from being used!
I did use mine yesterday. Perfect for keys , money, phone and sanitizer. Only thing is that we have to carry bags now. I live in a large city where most people don't go about in cars.
There are no Coach retail stores in Germany, only some outlets.Yeah, I wouldn't even know where Coach stores are in Germany?! I think this brand's not really popular here - what a shame! You're lucky you can get them sent from the US. I bet it's like Christmas every time you get a parcel.
I really love the Cassie bag! I started with the black and then purchased the chalk, taupe and oxblood. I have one or two too many. Advice on which two to keep and which ones to sell? The taupe is lovely but I think it’s the one I like the least.

I am having the same issue deciding. I’ve got black, taupe and just purchased the signature one with a gift card. I unsure if I need 3! I’ve got a Navy Rambler and a Saddle one and styles are somewhat similar.

I had the signature one too. Beautiful bag, but the leather is not pebbled leather so it nicks easily and the scratches can be very visible.
Thanks I do prefer pebbled. I thought it may be fun to have Siggy one.
I’ve had her a year and a half now but only used her a few times, mostly because I’m used to carrying more stuff. She’s beautiful and I need to take her out more
