I sold my LV PM last year because of all the issues but always missed the style of it. I'm so much happier with the Cassie I'm looking forward to the Saddle color coming to the US ::fingers crossed:: the peach color is definitely a little darker in person than it is on the Macy's site.

Gorgeous color! I am interested in seeing this color irl. Is it hard to match?

That hole doesn’t really bother me as long as the entire glazed edge doesn’t start peeling off (which doesn’t appear so); I think it’s inevitable given how the flap opens. I also had the LV PM and what bugged me was the glazing was actually MELTING, the canvas cracked and the bag cost over $2000 CAD for canvas. Not cool.

COACH bags do have a 1 year warranty so keep that in mind as the year goes on too incase it gets worse.

I don't think so, the peach color is darker and muted and the bottom is an oxblood color. I'm not a matchy/matchy kind of person anyway lol.

BAD NEWS. my black Cassie is showing the glazing issue Only had her for less than a month. Both sides of the flap.

For everyone mentioning the wear on the flap, I've noticed in many of the YouTube videos that ladies are bending the flaps of their PMs and Cassie's all the way back and it makes me cringe.

Maybe it's the continuous bending of the flap back in the opposite direction that's causing the glazing to crack. When I reach into mine, my flap is still in the direction it folds and is never opened 90 degrees or more and I haven't had an issue on either my PM or Cassie.

My cassie has also been my daily driver since I've gotten her.

I'm a bit late to reply to your post but could you tell me if Coach sends their bags via DHL? I would love to get one but other services are sometimes less easy to deal with where I live in Germany ☺ Thanks in advance

Sorry for the late reply. I don’t know if Coach uses DHL, I ordered mine off of Zalando, I can confirm that Zalando uses DHL. I guess you could email Coach and ask them, I checked their homepage but didn’t find any information. Good luck!

Omg when I watch bag reviews on YouTube and they bend and flip the flaps (not just on Cassie vids) all the way back and open the bag extra wide it makes my heart hurt! Lol like I know they need to open it to show the interior so I get that they’re hard to hold but they can do some B roll shots of aiming the camera down at a table and into the bag as they gently hold it open. I’ve seen so many bags man handled on videos and then they say “oh I’m gonna return this not for me” !!!!!

Maybe for some....but I don't bend mine at all. I carry very little in my bag and has also been my daily bag, when I do go out. I don't believe this is a wear/tear issue....at least not for me.
