Most of us that have it love it for how it changes color in different lights. It is really beautiful. I have some pics several pages back in this thread. The easiest way to find the pics and posts is to go to the main Coach forum and do a search for "pine" and choose the coach forum and you will find various posts about it along with pics.Yeah - I'm noticing it's not that popular, which I think makes sense for folks expected a true green and get teal. Dillard's has the 19 in bluebell on sale for $154 and a regular in colorblock for $171 of anyone is looking. I'm going to stop by later and probably get bluebell even though I just got a Willis in the same color.
It says non returnable/nonexchangeable item. I see they claim that the policy doesn't apply if damaged. I just wonder how much hassle there would be. They charge $9.95 shipping to and from customers.
I've only ordered from them a few times and each time I've received items they were still in manufacturer packaging. Their CS has always been really good for me.
I would give it some thought because it can be a pain. I had a damaged item from them, and I had to call for a label so I didn't have to pay for it. It then goes to an "agent" who picks up the return to get it to them, and then it takes forever to get processed. I think the whole process took 3-4 weeks, and I didn't like it at all. If you are unsure about the bag, I would spend a little more somewhere where you know you can return it, etc.
Yikes. I guess I will wait. I can't find any YT videos of this color Cassie. I have only seen pictures of the color on other styles. I am still surprised that this newer color is being clearanced so soon. Zappos has it on sale too, but not as low of a price and they don't price match last I heard.
I took this back in March. I'll try to get a better picture of it today. I'm going to the bigger Dillard's so hopefully they will have it and lake to compare.
Thank you! So Great News- Zappos associate was able to get permission from her supervisor and price matched it for me! So I got the Dillards price, but with free shipping and knowing that I have free return shipping if any issues!

They have bluebell here, but not lake. Off to the next Dillard's to see if they have both.
Oh and I would take a picture again, there's 2 and they are on the top shelf and the SA is circling me lol
I was hoping you could get a comparison picture! I have been scouring for comparison pictures of bluebell to the regular Cassie in that stone color too. However, I am seriously considering dying the bluebell black if I can get the motivation to try it lol.
No lake here either. They do have lake chaise. Not sure this helps. Pacific blue on the far left too.
