Got my Cassie 19 in saddle/canvas. The leather is nice but way too delicate? It came with some scratches (some not visible due to lighting and angle) and a half moon indentation/crease in the leather that extend to the back of the flap. I probably can buff the scratches but the crease is not going away. Is this common for this type of leather? Maybe I should stick with pebbled and none have this issue so far.

My local Macy’s has the taupe Cassie in stock to pick up curbside today. Same bag at Dillard’s for $245 but I would have to wait who knows how long for it to ship.

You could also do an online chat w Macys after you pick it up or before & see if they'll price match.
Looks pretty bright on the US site for other items in that color but I haven't seen IRL
Just received my first Cassie in Pewter/Ginger Multi. I love the color combo so much! This is what the Cassie looks like on someone who’s 5’1. My only concern is the light yellow on the bottom.
Twins! I sprayed this one & my all taupe one with Apple Guard spray...never had any issues.

I've never been a big fan of Coach, but I can't stop hemming and hawing over the Cassie 19! The only issue is the colors it is currently available in. I love the black, but I've already got 2 black crossbodies from LV and YSL. The chalk is beautiful but I've never owned a white bag so I don't know how much use I would get out of it. Plus I'm afraid it would get dirty. Does anyone know how often Coach comes out with new colors? I can't decide if I should pull the trigger on the Chalk while it's on sale, or if I should wait it out. Ideally I'd want it in saddle, but it doesn't look like that color is coming anytime soon. Sorry for the novel!
