It sold out shortly after I purchased it so you wouldn't see it on Macys site. It is still on sale at Coach and several other stores at the $205 (30% off). I only got it for $36 because my rewards money and gift card.
It's supposed to be coming in lake and fern. I have fern on my wishlist, but lake looks too similar to my peacock Riley.
I did a chat with Coach CS today. They said the 19 is NOT "available" in Fern. I asked if it just wasn't available to order right now, thinking it would be available in the future, or if she didn't see it at all. She said she did not see it in the system in Fern. Who knows! We all know, time will tell.
It was in the backorder system in March when D was trying to put in my PCE order. Then everything went to hxxx with the Covid-19...she did say Lake would be available first and then Fern. If CS is just looking in the regular system they won't see it. It's also possible they scrapped it, but from the way D was talking it was already in production...
I know! But their system showed Taupe too, forever...did the US ever get it? LOL...
I don't remember taupe. Was it the 19? Florida is opening Monday at 25%. If Coach opens I'll have my SA look into it. I still have the screenshot of the order she was placing in the backorder system with the codes so it should be easy for my local SA to find out.
No, it was the regular size, that I got at Macy's. I remember I had my local sales associate look it up in the system and it did show in the system but it just constantly showed a March 1st delivery date. I don't think they ever got it here.

There's so much stuff on Cassie's glazing troubles in this thread but I saw a tip on how now to ruin the glazing on the flap.
The cracks on the flap's glazing might be a result of the long strap's buckle being attached the wrong way. I've seen and heard of this happening; when the buckle lock faces inward the clasp tears into the glazing. The picture below shows the wrong way to attach the strap.
When you attach the strap the right way, the buckle doesn't touch the bag. Like this.
