Looking for help on the Cassie 19.... Is it just shorter in the length but basically the same size to hold items otherwise? I typically carry a mini skinny, a card case, phone, and a few small-ish items in there and wondered if they would fit the same way as they do in a regular Cassie. Also it should fit a regular size phone in most of the pockets? I have an iphone xs, so not the largest size one.
Hi Alexa, I tried on the Cassie 19. I think it’s a little shorter in length but a bit wider than the regular Cassie. I am considering one in chalk for a hand held bag with the cute shirt strap. I didn’t like how it looked when I carried it as a shoulder bag as the profile is not as slim.

That was mentioned somewhere else too, and it seems like being slim would help especially when using the smaller strap which is what I would do. It is kind of strange it would be wider since the regular Cassie holds a lot even though it is fairly narrow. That is what is so great about the bag and makes it easy to use and carry. I think I will give it more thought....

I used my chalk 19 for the first time this weekend and can fit all the items you mentioned just fine. I don't feel it was any wider than the regular Cassie, but I only went to the grocery store and back. Here are a couple pics I took when I first got the 19 in colorblock, which didn't make the cut due to other reasons.

Received my Cassie in chalk and I LOVE it! Thanks to the neutral color, I think it would look good with another type of bag strap. Has anyone used their Cassie with any other bag strap? Would love to see pictures!

I'm thinking that a Fendi bag strap would look really nice but can't justify the cost of that strap as I paid under $300 for my Cassie...

I use different straps all of the time on mine as I don't like the long crossbody straps--I also don't like the wider straps they are using now at all. There is something about the wide strap with the fairly large buckle that just isn't my favorite thing.

For my sig/red/pink color block Cassie I have a fuchsia strap from Mautto that I was using on another bag...it works perfectly. On my navy cassie I just started using the strap from a Charlie bag I decided to give up. It is one of those somewhat narrow straps you can convert to be crossbody or shorter shoulder strap--it is black but adds a nice edge and change to the navy bag. I really like it more with that strap. On my chalk/sig/oxblood one, I am using the white strap from a Charlie bag (similar to the black one I just described).

If I decide to buy the aurora or pollen at some point, I will probably use the black strap I am using on navy.

Question to all the Cassie owners who have had y’all’s and used them for a while. Is it inevitable that the glazing will crack on the back wall corners? Mine is BRAND spanking new and came in factory wrapping but with a flashlight I found a hairline not a crack, but more of an open bubble, if that makes any sense. It’s so small I have to use a flashlight to even see it. What are y’all’s thoughts?

I haven't had the issue on any of my Cassie bags.

I have several Cassies & if I have this issue, I've never noticed. I've cleaned & conditioned them all, so if there was anything worth noting, I'd have seen it. Absolutely zero disrespect, but if you took a flashlight to the vast majority of bags, I'm sure you would find imperfections. All that said, its up to you whether it bothers you enough to return. Cassie is one of my favorite bags so I hope it works out for you.

I've used my Cassie almost every single day since I got it last July, and yes mine cracked but hasn't gotten any worse. It's bound to happen with the flap style opening. Enjoy your bag!

Cassie in smooth burnished taupe leather. I have the Cassie in the regular pebbled taupe leather, which I customized, but I felt this was different enough and I've loved it since I saw it online. I believe only the smaller 19 size was available here in the US in this combo. I ordered from farfetch and it was a very pleasant experience.
