There is something about Cassie...

The Cassie is my favorite - I have four: chalk, gunmetal, black, and bright cherry. I almost purchased the pollen color the other day but changed my mind since I'm working from home for the foreseeable future. It seems to be sold out now, so I'm kicking myself. I use a Mulberry Continental Wallet which fits *perfectly* in it.
I am sure it will restock

Hi, I have the Cassie in chalk which I purchased mid 2019 and have used it quite a few times, mostly on weekends when i tend to wear jeans. And so far it still looks in excellent condition, no color transfer, not looking beat up etc. I really love my chalk cassie

I am considering Cassie bags for future travel.

I ordered the taupe Cassie, thinking it would be a good neutral color. But when it arrived, I was underwhelmed and thought it was "meh" with the silver hardware. (This is obviously only my opinion.) I however, loved all the pockets, the size, the quality, and the style.

So I ordered a white (chalk) Cassie bag to see if it would make my heart happy. I think it's so beautiful in photos! This would be the first white bag I own as I typically am too scared of white bags (I wear a lot of denim). I would use Apple Guard spray on it. I probably would only use this bag for travel, as I have other bags in my collection that I use frequently.

I've read a couple of reviews here and there from others who own the Chalk color that it's not too bad and the bag holds up well. Would love anyone's opinion on wear and tear on a white Coach bag that I only plan to use for travel a few times a year. I don't mind minor wear and tear, but if the bag would look beat up after a few uses, that's another thing.

If the white doesn't work out, I plan to order the black Cassie to see if it would work. However, I own a ton of black bags so am trying to purchase other colors.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

I am waiting for my next trip to the US since I haven’t seen the navy Cassie that I’m looking for in Scandinavian stores (zalando, miinto, boozt, nelly etc). Was so close to getting it from the American Coach outlet store but they wouldn’t accept cards issued overseas, and I don’t want my friends in the US to have to buy it for me, it is enough if they would have had to store it for me until I come over next time. So, I suppose I’ll pick for it whenever I can travel again and hope they have a navy in the store then.
Have you looked in the Coach uk store?

If you live in Scandinavian countries please share where you purchase your cassie bag. I'm looking for Taupe and the brown one.
The Silja Line cruise ship Symphony has a handbag store with several Coach bags, they had the Cassie 19 in chalk in February but I was able to walk away since it wasn’t the bag I was looking for. Good luck finding your bag, I know how hard it is to brows all sites hoping to find it somewhere.

Do you have Paypal? I wonder if that would be a workaround to be able to purchase in US since they handle the payment? I am in US and that is how I was able to purchase from Coach.UK.

Coach customer service always took international credit cards by phone for those of you who have foreign cards and cannot purchase online. Call the 800 number, they should still do that.

Thanks for the advice, their web site says they don’t sell to anyone with billing or shipping address outside of the US so I didn’t think calling would help, and then I deleted my account with them.... https://www.coachoutlet.com/customer-care-faqs.html
I did get so mad I actually thought about not getting another bag from them at all but decided to maybe give them a last chance when I go to the US next time (if they would consider my money if I stand with the dollar bills in my hand in a store) If it’s not available in navy then I won’t bother to think about it anymore, I’ll get the LV pochette Métis in navy instead and accept the fact that I’ll have to live with a zipper on the back. I was almost obsessed for a while, I really wanted the navy Cassie but after being so angry for them not accepting my money just because I pay with a Swedish card I now feel maybe I should forget about it and move on to another bag. I’ll think about it and if I can carry the bag without remembering the frustration of being rejected again and again and again. And maybe the navy will be available here in the future. Who knows?

Oh your shipping address is international? That is an issue, my apologies. I was under the impression you had a US shipping address to use, just that the card was an international bank card. That's what I get for reading posts pre-coffee in the morning!

No, you are correct, I have an American address to ship to but since my card is issued abroad, and my Paypal is started in Sweden it was absolutely impossible to order this time. It has worked before but I believe they made some changes last summer and now only persons with billing (as well as shipping) addresses in the US can buy from the Coach outlet site. It was very convenient when I could order things to their place, but they did change that just when I was about to order the lovely navy Cassie. I can of course ask my friend to order it for me and then pay her, but I really don’t like to have to ask someone to buy something for me, if it’s not really necessary.
I do love to see your amazing bags though, the Cassie seems to be the perfect everyday bag, and I hope to one day find it.

Looking for help on the Cassie 19.... Is it just shorter in the length but basically the same size to hold items otherwise? I typically carry a mini skinny, a card case, phone, and a few small-ish items in there and wondered if they would fit the same way as they do in a regular Cassie. Also it should fit a regular size phone in most of the pockets? I have an iphone xs, so not the largest size one.
