it's so versatile

my etoupe birkin 40 goes with everything.

downside is that it truly does look like a huge version of my triangular prism-shaped pencil eraser. it's eerie.

Don't really love brown family , rarely wear as a top but must have them as a bag.
To go with the colors of my clothes like pink, orange, blue, lilac,red khaki green and white.

Don't really wear any green clothes at all(except the khaki green) but love to have H green bags as neutrals.

Truly love colors like blue, purple, pink and red that H made and looking forward to see more to come.

Goodness, do I sound that bad? :laugh: My favorite colors are purple, red, blue, and pink. I have a yellow undertone to my skin, so I try to stay away from anything that will make me look like a pickle.

BTW, I am in love with your beautiful H collection. So well rounded in colors!

Hey, hey, hey! I got a kelly in Toundra early this year. It got to the point where it was the only one available in the country so I sprang for it. Toundra is a lite khaki (browny-green) that matchs my YSL roady tote, large Muse, and clutch bag which are all in lite khaki. Bought the YSL things before I discovered Toundra. I am not a taupe person and I wear a lot of yellowish & blue greens & teal blues. The K seems to be going nicely with all that, even harmonizing with my cobalt blue stuff. Black or brown would be too heavy with the medium tones that I wear.

I am kinda fascinated by the barenia pix I see. Is that a golden brown? Certainly it's not a deep brown.
Do not like true red. Prefer an aubergine color, but raisin, prune, havanne, do not fit the bill. Want a deep purple with equal amounts red and blue in it and with a brownish undertone. Would have gotten a bag in vert anise or chartreuse had I gotten my act together sooner before those colors more or less disappeared. I have a bouganivillea wallet which is fun but too bright IRL for a bag. Etoupe seems to be a very quiet dignified color that nonetheless doesn't sing to me.

making me choose between etoupe and other color, i might choose "other color" but etoupe is a "must have " classic color :)
