I’m interested in my first WoC. I have been watching many YouTube videos and researching on tPF. Cons that affected my decision making are snap closures and long chains on 5’2 frames. However reading this thread leads me to believe that newer WoC sold in boutiques right now have magnetic closures and the chain has been shortened? Is this true of all WoCs? Or are there both kinds being produced still? It’s confusing because so many YouTube review videos are years old.

I am also 5'2'', and the chain on the classic WOC is too long on me. I bought a reissue WOC a month ago and it is a perfect fit! The chain on the reisssue WOC is shorter. I also tried a grey classic at the same time. Only con is that the reissue WOC costs more. Hope this helps.

Hey there, it has probably been answered a thousand times on this forum. I tried to search for an answer but didn‘t find anything.

Is it okay to store the chain inside the WOC with some light paper stuffing? How do you store your WOC?

I don't prefer to keep the chain inside the WOC ,I feel it sags the bag.. I store it with the chain outside the velvet dustbag.
