I have a question ladies.. I just picked up the so black woc from the NYC Madison Avenue store and they shipped it to me. I am in LOVE with it but once I pulled back the felt protector to look underneath it has an indentation from what I believe is the zipper. I know it's almost inevitable that the zipper will push against the inside leather but if you ladies have any advice as to whether it's possible to fix/improve it or a better way to store it when not in use so the zipper isn't always indenting the leather inside. I think all new WOCs have this indentation, so there is nothing wrong with the storage of yours.

I have seen that some people store the WOC open (i.e don't close the snap button) and then there will be no pressure from the zipper.

Okay that is what I'll just have to do then. So depressing this happens. It's not like we buy brand new cars damaged. :(

I got this same WOC at the stand alone boutique at South Coast Plaza roughly a month ago so I think they're still getting them in.

For hardware, I would tell you gold all the way. To me it's more classic looking and makes the bag pop. But if you like never wear gold jewelry, then go for silver/ruth.

Thanks for responding. I took the lamb back and exchanged it to the caviar which I am glad I did. The lamb stayed in the box for a week and I was too scared to use it whereas as soon as I got the caviar I used it straight away and have a couple more times since. I stuck with the gold hardware, definitely agree with you about it being more classic looking. Thanks for your advice.
