Oh no, I didn't return it, it's still with me, I told my SA about it and she never got back with any solution regarding it. I will wait couple more day to hear back.
P.S. The one which is sold to another customer is - boy grey woc which I was thinking about to purchase :)

Thank you. I would not call Chanel products well made, I only buy their stuff cause they don't loose their price so badly like other brands, but the quality is just bad. I ve had bought defective bags and had to return them, even this woc had loose thread when I got it and I just kept it cause I didn't want to go through another exchange process. My earrings fallen apart couple of times... I am thinking of switching to Hermes, but the service in my local store is just horrible. Sorry for going off topic [emoji23]

Oh I see, do the edges of your bag still stick up when it's empty? I would try calling your sa again, hopefully they can do something about it.
The grey boy woc is gorgeous!! I'm more of a shw girl but the ghw on that woc looks beautiful together.

Thank you! Yes, they still look the same :) I will try, but I get the vibe like she doesn't care to deal with it.

IS THAT SO BLACK HARDWARE?!?!?!! can u please tell me what season this WOC is from??!?! i think my heart just skipped a beat!! i LOVE so black anything and still haven't gotten my hands on any piece yet. i saw so black hardware on the light-up boys from the spring/summer RTW show so i am keeping my fingers crossed i will finally be able to add so black to my collection! My dream WOC would be a chevron boy style WOC with so black hardware or a black chevron old medium boy with so black hw. :love:

Thank you :smile: Yes, that's the all black Boy WOC - love this black hardware :heart: It's from the Spring/Summer collection 2014, so already two years old... Crossing fingers for you that Chanel will release soon a WOC or boy bag with all black hardware :tup::hugs: that's really a great combo :hbeat:

So I know I'm late to the club, but I finally scored the black caviar GHW! I love it! I had both the caviar and the lambskin and I def prefer the caviar (returned the lambskin). The lambskin looked super flat and also more dressy than I wanted. I think this color and style look best in Caviar!

Also I'm 5'1 and the chain length is fine crossbody... BUT I'm preggers so that might have something to do with it! Once I get back to normal size it may be too long, but then I think I'll tie up the chain like some other TPFs have done.
