I think that pic is bleached out a little. Here is the photo my SA sent. I think it is a perfect medium gray.

You can see the effects of different lighting. But I don't think the color would be too pale.

This grey is nice... Did u get the boy woc? It's so gorgeous. May I know which country u r based in?

I didn't get it, since I have a woc which started to look horrible just after a week of use (I didn't really overstuff it and also a week is too short for bag to get destroyed lol), so I decided to skip. As far as I know it's sold to another customer on waiting list.

Congrats. That looks amazing. I haven't looked into the WOC for a couple years...did you have to specify a strap length when you ordered this now? Also which color is this?

It's the classic black caviar in silver hw. I initially wanted a gold hw but decided to pull the trigger on this one instead.

Nothing well made should look like that after a few days of use. I can certainly understand not wanting to purchase another WOC after your experience with the one you show here.
