Thanks for all the information... just wondering have you used it on your sac plat yet?

I did. Had a few light scratches on it already, but the balm did not remove then. It did seen to maje then more uniform, and to make the colour a bit richer, in a sense, so i imagine this is more of an enhancer than a scratch remover, it that makes sense.

However, the tiny scratches does not lessen the look of the sac plat - it is, if possible, better now than before i used it at all! Bring yours out, you'll quickly agere!

Thanks for your response ... so do you think it is worth purchasing the kit (if they even have it here)...it has been pretty warm here ..too hot to use a hand-held bag.

Yes. It only takes a small amount a time, so it will last and last. And these bagasje are prescious enough that I for one will do my utmost to presterve it - and with the amount of use i plan to get out of it, it might need it after a while!

But the HM comes in different leather... Mine is so much more delicat than yours... And I imaging that it's easyer to get watermarks on a ligther colour then moka...

Definately true! In that sense, i imagine the darker the more stain "resistant". (in the sense that they are less visible. We've all had white shoes...)

I am very upset. Louis Vuitton made a big mistake with my third MTO and while it is not a HM bag, I am sure you ladies here will feel my pain. I ordered a blue MTO belt to match my blue summer shoes and LV delivered it to me with the wrong initials. I cannot believe it!

Additionally, LV has changed the design of the belt buckles: they are now smaller, lighter and slightly different in design. However, they increased the price of the men's MTO services by 9%. I am sickened by this behavior.

Oh no! What did they offer as a solution? Surely a new, perfect belt asap and you get to keep the other in the meantime?

Also, when dixie79s and my bag were ready, the price HAD increased like 500 euros since ordering (about 9% also) but we insisted on paying the price set at the time of order and they did not, (ofcourse) object....

Vuitton will make a new belt for me, but I have to return the "wrong" one before. I did not have to pay the higher price either... after all I ordered the belt in August, well before the price increase.

Mh. So, all in all, you just wait all over again? I probably would *not* be happy about that....

Surely they will make the new belt a T O P priority to cut down additional waiting though, right?

Yes, I will have to wait, either for them to either make a new one, or for them to replace the botched interior of the original belt.

Common sense would say so, but Vuitton acts on a different logic.

What did they SAY when the error was discovered?

I'm very sorry to hear this ~ you must be so disappointed, and understandably so.
