Here are some better pictures of the Neo Steamer.

The white cushiony thing is the pillow for the inside.

The name is stamped on the horizontal strap/buckle inside the bag.

This is TDF! I love the color & the leather looks so yummy. Beautiful piece.

The lock strap goes into a hole through the front and you can then lock it. The horizontal straps allows you to broaden it if you want to, but I am thinking then the fastening strap wont be able to go through the hole in front...
Maybe someone with this baby can tell me how they use it.

Just saw more pics of your Neo Steemer and it is absolutely gorgeous. You are right, the workmanship is beyond words. Beautiful, just beautiful. I call the strap around the handles, the handles keeper, because I think its job is to keep the handles together. But to be honest, I have other bag with this handles keeper and I never use it to strap handles together, instead I just fasten it around one handle... as for the horizontal strap...I have no clue..:smile1:...Hopefully other tpf member can comment on that.

Handles keeper- I asked a sa once. This is mainly for men's bag and keepall where the bag content is heavy. The handle keeper discourage the user from pulling the bag/luggage by one handle which can cause too much stress and the handle might break.

I think handle keeper on ladies bag is just to look pretty. And I totally love the handle keeper!
