How do you negotiate? Do you bring a translator or a negotiator with you? Or is it possible to bargain for lower quotes alone?

I’m only in Korea for 6 days and want to get a quick, natural adhesion procedure. I was quoted 2.2 million won by Thank You but I saw on their IG that they have a promo for half of that - 1.1 million won, which I plan to request.

I’m not sure what’s considered a good and bad price as each clinic seems to have very different numbers. With these promo prices, should we still haggle or is this a rare price already? I am really bad with bargaining lol!
