Someone pmd me about this. I called them before I placed my order and was told that they could be returned because it was a promo. Stupid me forgot to take down the name of the person I spoke to! Sorry guys. Guess I'm stuck with a pair I don't like. ush:

ok so i bid on uggs on ebay like 3 days ago. don't ask me why. i totally forgot that i bid on them and somehow i won. this is gonna sound strange but they're supposed to be new in the box. how do i know if they're new in the box?

^The condition of the boots should tell it all - like the soles are clean and not worn, the inside is clean and not all mushed up, no stains on the suede, etc.

I would say yea most likely. I'm anywhere from a 5.5 to 6 depending on brand and I wear a kids Ugg size 4 (little roomy)

You can't return them. They were a final sale and it should say that on your receipt in the package. It also said that when going through the order process. Best bet, eBay them.

If you try buying the sheepskin insoles, your boots might able to fit. Might be worth a try since you can't return them to Superlamb anyway. Hope that helps.
