It was me who pmed u. So you talked to them again and was a no-go? Guess I'm stuck with one pair as well. I bought 3 pairs, but on one of them they ran out of 5, so i got 6 instead, too big turns out...Oh well...I might try the insole like someone mentioned...

I ordered 3 pair from Superlamb using the discount code. I remember when I was checking out online that they had a box to click saying that you understand that all sale items are final sale. Also it is clearly printed on my receipt that the items I ordered were final sale. It's too bad because I'm not too crazy about one of the pair I ordered. I did call them to ask if I could return or exchange them but was told that I could not. Not a big deal - I just figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

Thanks!! I actually called them today to see if they shipped my order and I had ordered the same time as you and they shipped mine out on the 4th. I just found it weird they never sent a mailing confirmation or show it on my accounts page on the site. Should be gettin' them soon! :smile1:

They sent mine out just in the boot box, without it being inside another box. The UPS guy joked that he was hungry and took a bit out of the box when I noticed the box was all ripped. Fortunately, the boots were fine! Hope yours comes in good shape!

Really they just stuck the label on the actual box?? That is strange anyone could have stolen it since the box was clearly labeled as uggs!

I ordered 2 pairs of classics and they sent mine in a huge cardboard box that had a ton of paper in it. My 2 boot boxes were inside of that.

OMG! My sister found the Ugg Upside Ladies Boot in Shadow Grey size 6 at Nordstrom's Rack for $79.99 (regularly $225)! Given they're "worn and refinished" this was an unbelievable deal! I am normally a 5 in Uggs but I compared these to the classic size 6 and they're smaller. Nordstrom's Rack will occasionally have Ugg boots that have been returned for cheaper.

I went to try on the classic tall ugg in Norstrum over the weekend. I'm normally a size 7.5. I tried on both 7 and 6. The 7 feels comfortable and the 6 feels tight. The sale lady said the shoe will strech out .5 inch over time so I should get the 6. But the 6 is kinda uncomfortable. For those of you already own ugg, could you let me know what size I should order?
