Just an update...my UGGS came last night from Bootbay and they are really NOT chestnut color. At least, they don't look like the "normal" UGGS color. They are a cross between the Chestnut and the Chocolate, so it is like a carmel/brown.

I wouldn't recommend Bootbay if you are looking for that light Chestnut color :tdown:

I got my sand uggs from Bootbay last night. This was my first order from Bootbay also. No issues with them. That makes 3 Uggs for me now (all from different stores)...lol.

For those of you who ordered from Superlamb, Uggs are returnable because they were a promotion item and not a sale item. So, if someone gets stuck with a pair that doesn't fit, fortunately they can be returned.

How disappointing! :sad:

I was worried about my order being cancelled as I read elsewhere about this happening to many people, but I got a shipping notification yesterday, so I'm getting both my black and chestnut size 9 in the Ultra short. Or Ultimate if the photo and price were correct... It will be a surprise.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I received my Chocolate Talls from Bootbay yesterday and they look and feel fine to me. Can you ask for another pair to be shipped out and return yours?

I recieved my classic tall sand boots from Superlamb yesterday with the sheepskin insoles. They're soooo pretty and soft! Anyways, I got a women's size 6 even though I'm usually a size 5 in Uggs. The insoles make the shoes tighter but they also push the top of your foot to the top of the boot. This is because the insole is around a cm thick. It does give you height though! Anyways, I would say the insoles do help with fitting a larger size. Thanks superlamb!!!!
