oooh you're lucky you have this dilemna for your second bag.
I was tossing to get chevron then had the pic up and stared at it for days and weeks and fell out of love with it and decided the small quilt was definitely for me. I then saw the big quilts and was like omg I don't know which one....then the fact big quilts in black is hard to get in London, made me want it more. So I decided with my SA, to put my name on the list for both, when or if the big quilts come I come in try it and see if it's the one for me. If not, I go with the small quilts. So as I wait on the list for both, every other day I look at pics of both and see which one I still prefer. It's helping me so maybe it'll help you lol.
Otherwise plan to have both in your life lol.

And this is why I keep coming back to this community: the support from everyone here is just incredible. Gushing aside, you are so right. In fact, here’s the update from yesterday: my SA was the one actually pushing me to exchange it for one in brand new condition. He simply would not let me settle for less and I am so grateful to him for that. He even showed the pics I originally sent him to his coworkers and managers and they were all in agreement that it was unacceptable they sent it to me in this condition. He was so sweet and went ahead and found me one from another store that is brand new (new version with the new strap design), straight out of the box, complete with all the protective gear and tags! He showed me the pics of the new one and the difference is just insane. I can’t believe I almost settled lol. He went ahead and complained to the original store that sent the “used” one to me and got me a return label to ship it back to them as well. Since it’s considered damaged now, my SA’s store can’t take it back for sale and we have to send it back to the original store. Totally understandable. The new baby arrives Wednesday and I can’t wait. Will post when she arrives!
