Trendy owners! Does anyone find the 3 compartments limiting/annoying? I can see how it may help with organization, but if it was one big compartment, you could fit larger items...

I've thought about the smallest size but still not sure if fits with my lifestyle.

No on the contrary i love the compartments. It’s keeps certain items in its place. I always was a fan of the LV Pochette Métis and was glad this is similar. I keep my full size wallet in The back compartment and the smaller stuff in the front. Plus it’s got two sections for travel items like the necessary hand sanitizer and/or air pods.

I actually like it and it makes sure that I don’t over stuff the bag too.

This is an excellent question. I don't find it annoying because I only use the bigger compartment. Secondly, when I carry the trendy its really not for the purpose of fitting large items in, rather I am carrying it as my statement piece for a nice outing. If I were using it as a day to day to carry larger items then it would be a bit of nuisance mohave 3 compartments.

All, I wanted to get your thoughts. Usually I just know if I want to keep a bag but this time I’m conflicted. I wanted another trendy but in a darker color. My SA sent me a pic of burgundy trendy and it was perfect. Well, I received a dark pink trendy in the mail. She’s still looking into what happened but I have a feeling the burgundy is gone so my choice will be to return the dark pink or keep it. My dilemma is I have a red Lady Dior. Do you think these are too similar? The Lady Dior is a true red while the trendy is clearly a dark pink. If I didn’t have the red Lady Dior, this would be a no brainer and I’d keep the trendy.

To me I’d keep both. They’re both totally different reds and styles. It’s a very pretty shade it looks more red to me than pink but if your conflicted it’s too much money to not be 100 percent happy with it. See if your SA can find the burgundy one. Do you have a picture of it to compare?

If you think you will wear it. You obviously lean towards this color family. It’s like me with black. I love black, gray, light gray, dark gray, etc it’s what I gravitate to. Get what makes your heart jump. I personally would love to see a dark burgundy. Enjoy they are all very pretty bags.

I agree, they seem like different enough shades that you could work both into your wardrobe - lady with warm colors and trendy with cool. I also agree that If this is your “color family” you shouldn’t feel bad about having bags in similar shades. That said, if you are still going to be thinking about the burgundy a month from now, and if you already have a trendy (I think you do from prior posts but maybe my memory is wrong), I’d hold off and see if someone can track down the burgundy color for you. They are both gorgeous bags and in my opinion you can’t go wrong.

Oh no! I’m sorry this happened to you. Hopefully she can find the burgundy but like you said, it’s more than likely gone. With that being said, I think they are both nice bags and definitely different enough in color to consider keeping both.

I’m leaning towards keeping it. It’s a very pretty color and agree it looks more red then pink even in person. The label says dark pink but it’s more red with pink undertones to me. It’s from season 19k.

You’re so right! I already looked in my closet and said I would wear the trendy with this but not with this as it would look better with the lady.

I do have a light blue trendy which I love and why I wanted to get a darker color that was not black.

I’ll just keep hunting for the perfect burgundy bag.

For those who gave an opinion, I decided to keep the red (dark pink) trendy. It’s too beautiful to let go. I definitely have room in my wardrobe to make it worthwhile. Here are some better pics.

And the not so identical twins
The red is from 19k and has the removable strap. The blue is from 20p with the non removable strap. I have no preference yet.

I love both but the red is so eye catching. I like that the strap is removable on that one.

I didn't even know they changed the strap style! Eager to hear your preference once you've been able to wear the bags out more

Just saw this on Instagram and was a bit taken back. This is from a reputable preowned co. They indicated that it just needs to be stuffed and that would not happen if you have it stuffed? Curious for feedback. Otherwise I think the bag is in good condition. This scared me a bit.

It looks like improper storage which could happen to a lot of bags if not stored properly. Not sure if it could completely be fixed after that though.
