Hi Lovely ladies!
I was under the weather feeling like a truck ran over me.I seemed to have missed so much. So, I wanted to say Hi and say that I got the size 40 sent to me and it really is perfect. It is Asphalte too, I was wondering since the other label said "coffee brown".
It is much more comfortable in the shoulders and I can zip it. I figure, now that is is slightly cold here, I do like to have the option. Maybe if I get a spring version, I'll get the 38 and not zip it.

Any other tips as to how to knock me back to sleep mode sans chemical intervention of any kind?
As far as the sleeping stuff..I am going thru peri- menopause so I wake up each night and sometimes can't go back to sleep.
Here is what works for me:
Peppermint tea and Camomile tea before bedtime,or
Calcium, magnesium pill before bedtime.
Then if I can't go back to sleep at three or four a.m. I take a quarter of a children's Benadryl and that usually does the trick ( a chemical, but not addictive)
Hope that helps sweetie, its awful to not sleep well.

Thanks again for you kind comments. I never let my DH dictate what I wear based on what he is wearing. If he wants to go out in sweats and I am in a dress and heels that is up to him.
Aww, I do know what you mean. I remember one of the girls on the forum asking me if I ever slept. She was like ok you were sending notes at 11:30 then again at 4:00. Just how it is right now. I hope you can get some rest.
