10 years ago (@around this time of the season), I bought my first Balenciaga Moto jacket; in about a 4 year time span I added three more ..I've been tempted to bay them out but decided no; a lousy idea. Seriously I even wear them around the house when I'm cold, or throw them in the car for those transitional days. Chilly now (thus cover) which made me wonder if this group was still stoking the "Moto" and you are!! Here's a recent lounge pic!! Enjoy your motos!!!!!

You look amazing, and so cool! These jackets are so unique. I love jewelry, bags and shoes, yet the Bal Moto jacket is the consistent singular item that makes me squeal the most. I can't wear mine often since I'm stuck in a warm climate, but just sniffing them in my closet makes me happy. Iconic design. They elevate everything. So feminine whilst edgy. Dressed up or down, they are everything. ❤

Yes they ARE!!! plus the more you wear the more they conform to your body like a great pair of leather shoes!!!

I totally agree with you about them getting better over time, I have a navy 09 I was going to sell Bc it was quite structured and I wasn’t wearing it so much even though it was the perfect fit, but I kinda got over that and it’s become amazing! So chewy and moulded to my body it’s a classic to be worn at any age I’m more in love with it than ever now. They’re just so timeless. I sometimes do think I should downsize a bit but then I remind myself of the above and think nope, have to keep!!

The moto jacket is truly a one of a kind classic and you look smashing.

Lovely pic & moto! I have been known to wear my motos around the house too . And I agree about not baying them out. I think about downsizing too, but the truth is I am still in love with them, they all fit, and resale is low, so for now they all stay

Is there some kind of colour reference guide on this forum?

I would do a search specifically for Megs, she has several colors. I think one is actually called Khaki as well, IIRC, but I don't remember the year. That said, MEGS has a lot of posts with names of colors along with the pics.

Thank you. I did some more research and mine looks extremely similar to the 2012 beige but the label definitely says 2011.

That's the right colour but mine is not that smooth. The leather is more pebbled, distressed. What is the year on the label on yours?

Huge congrats!!! It's a little hard to tell if it's 09 or 10. The 09 is more wrinkly, where the 10 is more smooth. Both jackets are amazing in different ways, so imo it's a win either way!
