Ok, went to my local H today. They did not have any mousselines yet. They did have 3 CWs of savanna dance in CSGM. I tried on the 4th, 6th, and 7th (counting from the top) in hopikos pic above.
None wowed me.
No iris scarves ( apparently they had already sold out the few they received so far). I tried on one Appaloosa scarf but the CW was a bit blah on me(didn't get a pic).
Tried on " on a summer day" as a lark. This one I had not even considered. DH liked it, and I may yet buy this one.

Ok, first scarf I tried on, was jardin de maharani. This was only CW I saw, but it had been on my shortlist.
Oh, and finally I got the 2016 special ribbon !!!! (I know, pathetic to get excited about the ribbon)

Oh yes, this one that looks diffferent when tied on the opposite diagonal.

Looks great with navy, denim, light blue, burgundy, white, purple.

It's a lovely colorway.

your wish is my command: I tried it with light blue, navy, taupe and gray. Due to bad weather only bathroom pics, colors are a bit off.
Well done, Ladies, now I want to keep it. And as we all know: the money tree needs blood, sweat and tears to grow....

BTW: I think I found out about the background of the scarf when I saw an Poster of the "World Nomad Games".

Oh boy. I had dismissed this one because I felt it was a little too close to Maitre de la Foret, but after seeing this....
I did not get the maitre de la foret - so for me a no brainer. I think it depends on the CW- some of this seasons CWs are very different from the MdF CWs. Can't remember whic CW of maitre de F you bought...

Actually I don't think I ever posted it, but it's white with light blue and green, so yes this cw would be very different.

I really like the "summer day" scarf as well. Looks nice on you and it's a fun, contemporary design.
Yes, Holstein cows are black & white but I have seen garments with fur or faux fur trim labeled "pony." And that scarf is about a pony. It looks nice on you but maybe it's just Not The One.Next:

I am very unsure whether to keep or return this one:
What I like about it: the combination of light blue, taupe, gray and warm brown tones as well as the apttern and how dynamic the horse looks.
Dislikes: too much black, how it ties (somehow it reminds me of cowhide when placed around my neck).
I like it, actually quite a lot, but I am not sure I like it 345€ much.
Please help me decide! Many many pics on how it ties:

Were you a stylist in a past life? This is amazing the way the different colors of tops combine with your scarf folds to look like totally different outfits. So glad you bought this.

Beautiful CW! Is it black/noir or dark blue/ caban(?) next to the border? It looks black against the navy top -- just curious!
