You know, I saw that in the store but thought it was an actual bag! I even told the SA that that was the cw I wanted and she didn't say that it was a scarf tied into a bag! (If so, I'd like to know how that's done!) She went to check stock and said they didn't have it anymore and that no one in the US had it either. Very strange because this was a really experienced SA - she said she had been with H almost 20 years. Well, there's nothing like having a good excuse to return to H! or I could just order it online as PBP sagely suggested. I hadn't thought to check the website for it, silly me!

P.S. Good eye, Maedi! You remind me of one of my childhood literary heroes, Encyclopedia Brown. He was a kid that solved mysteries by being insanely observant. [emoji851][emoji106]

Haha! Did you go back to buy it? Those kinds of encounters with your SA puzzle me. Had a similar one at a hardware store where I wanted to buy a birdhouse. It wasn't on the shelf but the tab was still there. I was told it was seasonal, sold out, wouldn't be restocked. Upon persisting further, they ran the number through their system and ... had one in the back.

@frou frou, geez, last spring/summer was so glorious for you with the modernism HS design. It was vicariously enjoyable for me and I'm sure for a lot of others. Is this season not going as well? (I read your post quickly so may have misread it).

Last season I was so enamoured and do love and wear all those scarves.
What I was saying really is that I find a sportif design like Sangles en Zigzag to be so easy to wear and an unexpected joy .
Modernisme Tropicale is my most worn silk , love that one!

Slightly OT, thank you to all who have shared that they've undergone biopsies, uncomfortable tests, etc. At some point these things do start to happen, and I find them very frightening. It is genuinely helpful to know that lots of women have to face this and that the results need not be dreadful. So, thanks, and negative biopsies to all!
