Someone correct me if I'm wrong but new designs don't usually start as a cashmere right? Sometimes we get a 90 and a csgm in the same season and sometimes a 90 followed by a csgm in the future? So do we think this Alice Shirley design will be a 90 and a csgm? I could see something this colorful and busy in a 90. Just trying to picture what it would look like.

Yes, previously both zebra Pegasus and tyger tiger came out as 90 and CSGM the same season.

Found this on IG anncharlottefleurdelys (she is a tpf-er, I hope she doesn't mind me posting) called Le Jardin de la Maharani. Looks like Annie Faivre's Indian garden, but I think it's a 90 silk, doesn't look like CSGM, I could be wrong though.
