I apologize, as I know this CW 09 of Appaloosa has been posted already, but I hope it can help others in deciding to see it tied differently on different members as well. I was between this one and CW 01 with the B/W horse, and CW 12 with the grey/blue horse. Both of those have very strong bold colors in the design portion which I loved, but I eventually narrowed down to 09 or 12. Ultimately I decided this one somehow worked for me, possibly because of the amount of black, but also, there is something quite special about the touch of "ciel"/sky blue color which I usually cannot wear at all. I hope I made the right decision!! Here are a few photos of it tied in different ways...hope this helps/enables some of youAs usual, so sorry for the huge photos!!

Never apologize dear Bova. I always enjoy your modeling photos. This looks wonderful on you. I love the combination of the black brown and beige and the surprising hint of blue. If I were to choose a cw this would be it. Was there much new at our store? Did the jardin de la maharani silks and csgms arrive? [emoji51]

Thank you pocketbook pup! I think this one would be amazing on you...not much new at our store, they are expecting a large silk shipment very soon. Only a couple of CW's of jardin de la maharani CSGM's and silks. I tried the black CSGM and liked it quite a lot, but am waiting to try the red/cream one. They did have most of the CW's of Savanna Dance in the CSGM, but I just have trouble with such a wide border on me. They are gorgeous though!

At this point, it's all done but the buying. I went to put on my favorite black dress tonight and I realized I need the scarf immediately. You are right about Gloire, and H has done a few monochromatic GMs over the years but they lean toward either blue or black (or finesse). There have been some neutral silks and cashmere stoles (grey/taupe carre en carre stole, a few Toutsy silk designs) but very few options if you want something between a finesse and a regular scarf. I would have done a bit better wanting a GM silk as there were a few more options, esp with the dip dyes, now I'm on the hunt!! [emoji57]
