I found that Under the Waves ties like a dream , love the 70s vibe it gives me when tied .
I was interested in the pink, then a teal pink, and white .The SA where I shopped persuaded me to try CW 02 which is something I'd never pick out for myself .
She kindly explained the brighter one was more youthful, so it was a given I'd buy it !
Because I was wearing navy jacket , pale shirt and dark jeans it looked brilliant , and I see it with a black as well as white shirts and tops.
There is a lot of mauve and purple in here [ see that bit at the bottom , that my fave]as well as a lot of yellow, both of which I love .And the blues , what blues!
I know a lot of you avoid yellow, so you won't be into this at all .For me a spot of yellow lifts more than my spirits , it lifts the face at the same time
I'm deliberating whether to revisit other colour ways before I decide whether to keep it .I usually avoid brightly coloured scarves, maybe previous seasons brights pulled harsh on me.

I'll post it in a day or two with some more inspiring outfits and show which colours work in case anyone has an interest in this colour way.

The tie is just a cowboy , tied behind neck so that one tail is a lot longer than the other , then the long tail brought in front .
It would need magnets to stay , I must get round to getting some as I know they work well .

Thanks BJS - I asked if it was a men's silk, but no it is in the regular SS collection! Some beautiful dark colors - I saw a navy, this one and I can't even remember the third. This one immediately appealed to me. I do think they are unisex!

This is the first 70cm that I absolutely adore. Looks great on you Ianit [emoji3] Twins with the LL twilly and I love the Dallet cats [emoji173]️

I do not look at the forum as often as I would like to as to avoid buying every single scarf that is shown here (self imposed ban to avoid temptations). I looked today and oh dear, now I need one new scarf & one new shawl! Great choices Serva1 & frou frou. Congrats!

I'm wearing quite the wrong dress in navy/grey/pink (I'd been wearing silver-grey and pink CdMawari before trying). So I think I may well put you off the scarf rather than enable . This corner is the most yellowy side and looks a bit lighter than TTL, prob not going to be my fave part showing but actually I still love it (blocking out the navy).

IMO, this cw has the most 3D perspective of the reef. It goes fantastically with my usual green-brown tweeds (which is what I was wearing yesterday) and also with heather/tweed/textured patterned browns, golds, beige etc, basically quite a few of my Chanel suits and jackets. The key word is texture. The patterns of the fish, foliage and the corrals are really strong and mesmerising and that's what made me pull the trigger.

I'll do more appropriate colour outfit pairings when I get time
