Will do!Thanks for the info and the pic of the blue...I don't know how I missed that one!! I really love the jacquard and want to add one to my collection but may have to go with Flamingo if the white is true white. I prefer the JL pattern overall but there just may be too much white for me [images of mustard and red wine keep coming to my head! haha]. I'll just have to try them both at the boutique and compare how they look on me tied. Flamingo seems to be mostly blue with white as the secondary color which would be preferable. AHHH, first world problems LOL.
PLEASE post a mod shot when yours arrives.
This is beautiful. Congrats!New "Tattoo" Flamingo party with jacquard bees
So cute!! Thanks for sharing!I couldn't find the ribbon thread but thought it was too cute not to share.
So lovely on you!I'd decided to resist buying anything this season until I decided to try something in the store for fun and from curiosity .
I hadn't fallen for the silks in the Sieste au Paradis design , something about the border and the scale didn't gel for me.
But I was bowled over by this CSGM , and had the hardest time deciding between this Blanc, Vert, Rose and the beautiful coral with turquoise and vermilion trees .
Coral is a massively flattering colour but having made a few shawl mistakes in the past year I particularly wanted a something as useful as it is beautiful . Something quiet but still arresting and that would look great with blues and greys as well as black.
My most worn and loved shawl is the Noisette Femme aux Semelles du Vent also by AlineHonoré , so thinking of that I chose a colour way with a lot of pale neutral enlivened by deliriously lovely jade, petrol and turquoise .
And of course the Bois de Rose border and trees settled the matter .It looks Japonesque to me and I'm always a goner for that!

ORANGE ADDICTION,the jacquqard was indeed one of the main reasons for buying this scarf. The shimmer of the silk is...oh...
It is a very summery scarf,to be worn with jeans or an all-white outfit. What do you silk experts ,think?
