GORGEOUS!!! You have such a wonderful collection and this addition is no exception. Colvert is such a perfect 'signature' color!
This is very pretty on you!
This pattern is really growing on me and I know if it came in a 70 I would snatch it up. I'm trying to lay low on 90s for a bit.
So, this is the second one (thanks to you all for so many lovely comments and compliments about the first!)
I don't have any scarves of any make like this one, although I do have a couple of tops and cardigans which match beautifully. My normal colours are turquoise and aqua shades, purple, navy and other blues, and brown.
This is waaaaay out of my comfort zone, but I loved it when I saw it modelled on this thread a few days ago. I adore the pattern, but the colourways when it was last issued did not suit me at all.
So, I am asking, does this suit me enough to keep it? Oh, and I actually put some make up on and heaved myself out of bed in honour of Mythiques Phoenix Coloriages:

fOMG! I am so overwhelmed by the lovely response. Am struggling not to cry. I just can't manage to answer each and every one of your kind replies. Please, please forgive me. I am overcome. On most days I feel so old and ill and today you have all been so wonderful and my DH looked at me, smiled and said that I always look stunning (he is very sweet and obviously blind as a bat)!
Thank you from my heart x
This pic really shows the potential this design has for a larger format.....Although this design doesn't speak to me flat.... I can't wait to see it in CSGM!!!!
[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] and to think when they offered me this color bag at fsh I had no idea what it was. I had to ask to see a swatch.
As suggested by the beautiful ladybaga here is a photo of my silk versus cashmere pays des oiseaux. The cashmere is a bit darker and the silk a bit brighter as one would expect View attachment 3236413
Thank you for sharing the side-by-side pic. You look classy and elegant in 90cm and in CSGM.The pics you posted previously are impressive. Indeed, your signature color, I thought of you when I found the carré in this cw at the boutique [emoji173]️
Just back from the Boston store. At first I was heartbroken because the green pays des oiseaux et fleurs cashmere that I wanted was no where to be found. Then my SA said "oh! I set something aside for you. Whenever I see anything Colvert I think of you and set it aside." And it was the pays. So now I have a silk and a cashmere of the same color and I don't feel guilty at all because it's so perfect for me and a completely different use in cashmere. Thank you to all of my friends and enablers out there who encouraged me to go for it.
Other than that there were very few silks. Two colors of mythiques Phoenix. Two if under the waves including the bright blue and yellow. I decided to wait to see more colors before deciding on one. No moussies, giant silks 70s or even twillies. Maybe next month. But here is my new pays cashmere vert Blanc turquoise.
