So, this is the second one (thanks to you all for so many lovely comments and compliments about the first!)

I don't have any scarves of any make like this one, although I do have a couple of tops and cardigans which match beautifully. My normal colours are turquoise and aqua shades, purple, navy and other blues, and brown.

This is waaaaay out of my comfort zone, but I loved it when I saw it modelled on this thread a few days ago. I adore the pattern, but the colourways when it was last issued did not suit me at all.

So, I am asking, does this suit me enough to keep it? Oh, and I actually put some make up on and heaved myself out of bed in honour of Mythiques Phoenix Coloriages:

We've only just started the season and you've been totally lucky, congratulations on all cherry

:woot:

This is the one that grabbed me instantly - if it looks half as good on me as on you I'll def go for it

Beautiful! It's bedtime here, I'm going to to go to sleep dreaming of fishes

I am BEYOND flattered, papertiger! Thank you, dear, for your kindness! I saw two other colors in my boutique of Modernisme Tropical, but not the one I purchased.
(I found this color way on Hermes.com) As I have learned from buying Hermes over the last ten years, not all boutiques order the same things. Alas! I had to have this when it popped up on the website. If I snooze, I lose. (Lesson learned from delaying purchases due to 'trying to be patient.') This scarf and its many colors pop against the white background. I see wearing it with a black sleeveless sheath dress or with white jeans and a white T. The green caladiums make me smile.
This scarf will be AMAZING with your bamboo bags!!!!! PLEASE be my twin!

Thank you, also, for loving my psychedelic aquarium! This will be a fun one to play with, too. :smile1:

Nighty-Night! Sleep Tight and Sweeeeet Dreams!

Beautiful choices CherryBlossum!

Thank you , dear CanuckBagLover!

Thanks for these how lovely. They are so pretty and reminds me that Spring is coming

Thank you, dear papertiger! I usually tie my scarves in this way. Glad you feel how they look like.

Wow!!! They are all so pretty!!! My head is spinning.... I miss one day on this thread and I have so much catching up to do
Congrats dear!

Thank you so much, dearest Israeli_Flava!

Thank you for your kind compliment, dear DMK!

Omg! Died! Dear cherryblossum these are FABULOUS choices!!! My eyes are glazing over looking at these beauties

Thank you, dear:hugs:

Stop! You ladies are killing me!!!

Thank you, dear JRTgal!

I adore this, my darling Croisette! This cw is at the very top of my list. Those colors are heavenly and so perfectly paired together :hbeat:! You wear this beautifully! :hugs:

Thank you, dear! I can totally see you in both of these cws! You will have to let me know when you try them! :hugs:

Just one spectacular silk after another, my sweet friend! How beautiful each and every one of them are on you. Your MP is so fresh and happy in this cw. I thought of you the moment that I laid eyes on the BV! So happy you picked one! I love it!!!

So very pretty, Hat Trick!

This is so darling, PbP! I love this one too and hope to find one that works on me! Congrats on two precious 70cms!

Oh, thank you so much, dear Frou frou! I can absolutely understand how you love the Belles~it is just so fab in this format! I love it to bits already! I am looking forward to seeing which of the new cws you bring home! :graucho: Speaking of SD, you know me well! ha! I don't have much in the way of black, so this will be fun! I have noticed that when it is knotted, it is mostly that spectacular, colorful border that you mostly see...I think that is how I felt comfortable in this rare departure from my norm!

Thank you, dear my friend! I have chosen "Vitamina" color:lol: I love that you noticed Bonnes Vibrations on me. This is Must-have scarf for me, a graphical, multicolored scarf which I regularly need per season. But the colors are not loud at all. Well harmonized, as the title says "Bonne."

Cherryblossum, I can't multi quote on my phone but you look fantastic in all of these! And thank you for the cw info.

Thank you, dear klynneann![emoji1]

This CW is absolutely perfect for Spring/Summer!

Thank you for your sweet comment, dear Myrkur!

Hello Silky Friends!
May I introduce to you Modernisme Tropical cw 8. ( blanc vert Jaune) the black contrast hem slays me! I'm excited about this pattern because I don't have anything like it in my collection. Thanks for letting me share! View attachment 3236254

Dear @Ladybaga,
Congratulations! Modernisme Tropical cw 8 is so you, and so is the UTW cw06! I adore MT cw 08, I saw this scarf at the boutique. Just fabulous! I really love, love this design, I think I need this to commemorate the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in August!

PP, it has become your signature color.....I thought of you yesterday when I s a woman in a colvert colored jacket [emoji4]

[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] and to think when they offered me this color bag at fsh I had no idea what it was. I had to ask to see a swatch.

As suggested by the beautiful ladybaga here is a photo of my silk versus cashmere pays des oiseaux. The cashmere is a bit darker and the silk a bit brighter as one would expect ImageUploadedByPurseForum1452387886.329384.jpg

Just back from the Boston store. At first I was heartbroken because the green pays des oiseaux et fleurs cashmere that I wanted was no where to be found. Then my SA said "oh! I set something aside for you. Whenever I see anything Colvert I think of you and set it aside." And it was the pays. So now I have a silk and a cashmere of the same color and I don't feel guilty at all because it's so perfect for me and a completely different use in cashmere. Thank you to all of my friends and enablers out there who encouraged me to go for it.

Other than that there were very few silks. Two colors of mythiques Phoenix. Two if under the waves including the bright blue and yellow. I decided to wait to see more colors before deciding on one. No moussies, giant silks 70s or even twillies. Maybe next month. But here is my new pays cashmere vert Blanc turquoise.

GORGEOUS!!! You have such a wonderful collection and this addition is no exception. Colvert is such a perfect 'signature' color!
