I love both designs and have them in 90cm carrés. But... Stunning mousses! Thank-you for sharing. I find the one of HaBH especially enabling.

Markova, I knew the mousse version of CetP would be my undoing as I have a 90cm in this too. The HaBH was a happy unexpected find!

Both are gorgeous!!! Thanks for the model pics! Perfect for summer!

Thank you Mimi! Glad I could enable? :graucho:

Nico, these are fabulous!

BritAbroad, thank you. H silks are so darn addicting! I really am so broke after this season. :sweatdrop:

Nico, these are gorgeous modeling pics and beautiful mousses. Thanks for posting them! I don't have one mousse and these are so tempting.

Thank you Vigee! I echo Mindi's sentiments, you definitely need to get at least ONE mousse. They are so lightweight and feel fabulous around your neck.

SWOOONING over here! :cloud9::cloud9:

Ladybaga, I think we have both done some serious damage this season!

Both lovley but really loving the yellowy-orange in the middle of CeP :woohoo:

Papertiger, yes the yellow/orange was such a wonderful pop in the CetP! Not normally a colour I could wear, but somehow this worked. :smile1:

Nico, Thank you so much for mod pics!!
These mousses are heavenly and you tied them beautifully!! :cloud9:
Just shoot me.
You'll never regret this impulse buying.

Hiyopura, you're welcome dear! Thanks for the compliment, my tying skills are amateur at best!

THANKS SOOO MUCH NICO ! You modeled your mousses so well and pink color suits you perfectly..UUHHMM you are really enabling me :D
IF you search for the Mousse trhead it's in Hermes Clubhouse ! Cheers

You're welcome dear! I'm glad I could enable!! :D Definitely grab at least one design I say, they are too pretty to pass up.

I knew I shouldn't have ventured into this thread!!! Gosh these are stunners Nico!!!! I just love them both!!!!! Such diff designs that I can see why you took both! Amazing dear!!!

It's a dangerous thread!! I'm so glad you also see the difference in design, I feel more justified in buying both now.

Forgot to reply to this earlier today... Nico! You're killing me!!! These are so beautiful. The CetP with that orange in the middle!! Love that!!! You found some stunning moussies which are so far and few between when it comes to inventory in my store. Lucky lady! Glad your store has such great selections. :)

JP, I try my best! ;) Yes, the CetP with the pop of orange plume is a fun element! I do hope your store will at least bring in a few mousses for you to try. There was a beautiful black/white version of CetP too.

one week ago I was in another city and i used the occasion to go to the H store...
there I saw this on the window... and I concentrated really hard to stay cool and do the "cultivated disinterested" thing... after chatting a while the the SA (and torturing him with lots of questions and "Can I see this...") We left again...

just around the corner, I noticed I could not take this out of my mind... but since you cant give into every single crave by H! I told to my self... maybe it will go away...
it did not.. I had to go back, the store was already closed.. so i took the picture of the window display...

Last Saturday, I went to my local H Store and my lovely SA brings this box from the back.. I was just going to tell her.. I have another one for the "Wish list".. when she unpacks exactly this scarf, the one I was going to ask her to track down...
destiny! ... right!? =)

Kéa in CW 06
blanc/Bordeaux/kaki

Pegase, I love your story on how you found your scarves! It was definitely meant to be! You are so enabling, your last post had me searching through the men's section of H last weekend! :p

... and here are different pictures where the folding shows gradually more and more "blue"...
This is one of those designs where no matter how you tie it, there is always something new to discover!!!
i specially like the small waves! it reminds me of "Ecume" a HL of mine... (that I am still searching for!)
Great choice of your DH, Pegase, it ties so beautifully! I'm now back from FSH i went in a rush about this Kéa cw6. Can you believe Paris didn't even order one? My men's dept SA told me there were none in Europe. I replied you found one in Germany. Immediate search on the computer requested. Only GB, Belgium and Germany ordered this one. Which is a perfect match with my Nombre d'Or. End of the story, FSH, flagship store, had to make a call in Germany to order one and it's now on its way to Paris. Did you hear something more ridiculous than this?

Another one, I just couldn't help it. Once my SA pulled it out I just went "yes!".
And you did right! This one is a beauty!

I love this cw too! Your DH has great taste too! This is the same cw I was telling anfang she should break her no 90 rule to get... And get two! So she can double up and have more silk to work with. :)
I do remember this, my dear jp! Still on the fence, though because I have so many dark blues... But Pegase's Kéa took my heart !

Here's a pic of a 1963 scarf with white background. You be the judge. However it does get stains easily and you need to check before putting back to the box after wear. But given the number of scarves you will be buying, I doubt if you will wear any given scarf 5 out of 7 days a week to worry about over-aging it.
This is so delicate, Chestnutty!

Pegase-
That kea scarf has a very cool mid-century mod vibe to it. What is the fabric content? It looks like it has texture.

And your DHs selection is my fav cw after the one I got for myself ( bright blues/ green and white)

Love this--such a sophisticated colorway.

Also reminds me of MC Escher's "Sky and Water"

What a fabulous scarf!

So beautiful! I'm especially taken with your CeP--I had heard some months back that CeP was coming out in the Spring and completely forgot about it--yours must be the first sighting (at least it is for me!) And in 140! And in Mousseline! Just wow!

There is something about the graphic juxtaposition of plume, metal, and leopard that I cannot resist in this pattern in any format.

Now you say there's a black and white? Oh dear, I'm doomed. Can you recall the accent colors? TIA!

Nofrills, you know we are alike? ;) I remembered it in the very beginning when this thread was created and then promptly forgot about it until last weekend when I saw it in store. For sure it was kismet!

Yes, the background was white, the spots and border were black, plume was either orange or red. Very similar to the 90cm that was issued (see image), sorry I don't know the cw#.

OH my--yes, for SURE I am doomed--I have that very cw in the 90 and it's my most used scarf as of late. Whenever I take it out of its jewel box I gaze lovingly at it before donning it. Now you tell me there is MORE of it to love so it's obviously a done deal. Kismet indeed. :-)

I'm also worried that your cw is number 10. While I know sometimes they skip numbers, what if there's 8 MORE of these beauties besides the b&w and yours clawing at our wallets?!?!

Oh dear oh dear oh dear...

Good for you, Anfang! It took some work but you will get it soon! :hugs:

Yes, Vigee! I cannot count the number of rants I have had about the way the stores get the scarves! The biggest one was for LdR8, everyone still remembers it! But my SAs are totally aware and always do their best. I don't mind waiting this one 1 or 2 or 3 monthes. I just want it! ;) And I'll get it! :D

Do any of you actually wear scarves on the head this way? I love the look but whenever I try it looks silly. I dunno. I also worry about makeup transfer... Sorry I just realized I veered OT. I will post my spring scarves when I get home.
