It was just the opposite for me, I ordered cw16, but cw15 swooped in front of me, and I fell in love with it.

I agree 16 goes well with navy and blue...your gorgeous pics have proven it!

I'm already thinking of another oiseaux scarf, maybe cw22. (pics? any one?)

This scarf (cw16 ecru/vert/brique) came to me by mistake (meant to order the light pink one cw15). But I think it's meant to be mine when I saw it and tried on. I smell multiple cws of this scarf in my collex, sigh (my wallet is upset at me)... Twins with dooneybaby.
I also saw the one with what I thought was pink background, but turned out to be salmon background that is more into orange territory, so I had to pass for the time being. Until it grows on me...
The background was described as ecru in the barcode tag, but it looks very much tinted in green, like a few drops of chartreuse in a cup of cream if you will.
I do have a whole ton of navy tops and skirts to match with this scarf, .

I know this one has been posted a number of times: Mythiques Phoenix in the aubergine colorway. It's my first scarf of the S/S 2014 season, and I was struck by how its colors and pattern are similar to the dress I'd just gotten. BUT, I'm not going to wear the 2 together--seems like overload. The MP seems to look better with the less distinctive, less busy top.

I actually like the first combo a lot. Yes, it's bold, but in a good way (IMO). Pattern mixing is "in," and this looks deliberate and chic! In any case, you cannot go wrong with this scarf. It is a beauty! As are you!

Congrats on your scarf. Isn't it such a soft and fresh colorway? Ain't it true there's a grand scheme by our SAs to order 15 for us who want 16 so that we all end up with (at least) two?

Au contraire my dear la Vie en Rose it looks so couture with that dress I would follow you down the street in that combo, Mindy is 100 % correct .

We are twins on the MP I wish I was twins on the dress too where is it from, H or Pucci or...?

I agree the MP looks a tad better with a top that has less going on, but being a huge fan of pattern mixing, I really like the outfit that echoes the MP pattern. No one would know that that mixing would look a tad better with a one-color top b/c the mixing to my eye looks pretty darn good. That's my 2 cents and I'm stickin' to it, la Vie en Rose.

It's cooler and less bright than lagon, the outer border is closer to celadon. But it still works with lagon. Took some quick pics, it's getting dark here and it's rainy so the colors are a bit warmer than IRL but you should be able to see it. Sorry for so many shots, I don't know how you usually wear your scarves?

This is soft & refreshing--love how you paired w/ Lagoon, which picks up the background, yet still coordinates the the celadon border too.

Aloha! In Hawaii currently. Went to Waikiki store and found what I have been looking for : love this CW of La Mer au Ciel:

I was also looking for a blue Voyage de Pytheas in a blue or darker CW, but they only had green CW which didn't do much for me.
