TT, thanks a bunch! It's cooler and less bright than lagon, the outer border is closer to celadon. But it still works with lagon. Took some quick pics, it's getting dark here and it's rainy so the colors are a bit warmer than IRL but you should be able to see it. Sorry for so many shots, I don't know how you usually wear your scarves?

Fabulous pierina each picture is a feat of styling, you make it look so easy but it's a wonderful skill. CI is an amazing scarf design and it's so nice to be able to admire it from every angle

wow that's striking Markova.

I know this one has been posted a number of times: Mythiques Phoenix in the aubergine colorway. It's my first scarf of the S/S 2014 season, and I was struck by how its colors and pattern are similar to the dress I'd just gotten. BUT, I'm not going to wear the 2 together--seems like overload. The MP seems to look better with the less distinctive, less busy top.

Gosh this is so perfect on you Pierina. Must admit I was not completely sold on this pattern as I rarely go for scarves with just people faces, and some seemed positively frightening in full warrior mode, but you totally bring it on! I see so many of your colors here. I'll keep an open mind, maybe one will call out to me, but thus far I am pleased to have the kings ranch silk for my Oliver quota!

lanit - Thank you. If it was not an Oliver scarf I would have been hesitant to order it over the phone, but the colors pushed it over the edge for me. He just doesn't do that many scarves.

As fas as I know this is a new scarf, I've never seen pictures of it before. seton would know for sure. Many thanks for your kind words. I was hurrying before it got any darker but I think you could tie this one however you wanted and it would be fine.
