Scarves .......... The Spring 2013 scarves ..........

Thanks as always uno. So far the new collection sounds underwhelming but my impressions always change when I see the actual designs... Meanwhile I think there's lots to like in fall 2012.
Nothing really grabbing my attention other than Photo Finish and the Chess one (and only because I so loved the Pegase design, so if this is anything like that one...
). But that's a relief after my crazed A/W 12 silk buying frenzy. Thank you, Uno and Cool TPF'er!!!

What a beautiful white cat! So, no yaks then?
But I rejoice with reissues of Mexique ( the design of which has grown on me over the years) and Spinnakers ( which satisfies the lack of Vent Portant II) and I'm interested in
Echec du roi, Promenade au Faubourg (anything to do with Escher is precious to me). Les Trophees sounds as though it will look really nice - a bit like a sportive Passementerie and finally Songe du Licorne 'dream of the unicorn' sounds interesting and makes sense if the belt buckles look like horse or unicorn heads.
Also, though I am not a fan of busy designs or flowers on scarves a Provence-inspired scarf sounds like a very ladylike addition to the wardrobe!

While I'm glad to hear there are no more big cats or native Americans (nothing against these designs, but it was a little tiresome to get a new one every season), I'm not jumping up and down just yet. Pretty excited to see the CW Les Bolides is going to come in though!
