Funny thing, PalmBeach, none of the ones on Clothes Whisperer are on the intel list as it were which is a shame, because the white background with the neutrals (browns/taupes) was my fave.

Again, just something I stumbled across. I may be wrong...but nonetheless, thanks to a little birdie, you know who you are!

Indeed, although somehow I thought the 1st color described the background. Might be wrong on that one...the c/w 18 was the one I posted a bit further back, with the black background and the bright colors. Was on H.com for a NY minute...then gone. No surprises here.

...I tried that cw on at H in Miami (Bal Harbour) 10 days ago (just before that shop closed)...it was stunning! The only thing that stopped me from buying it was that it was just a couple of days after Christmas, and I had already received some lovely H gifts from my family.

hi ladies i see a bit of talk about the echec au roi and i picked one up yesterday... may i just say i am absolutely IN LOVE with this design in this colorway! i knew i wanted something in this design but wasn't sure on the CW... this was interesting from stock pics and hanging, but needless to say, it was LOVE AT FIRST TRY for me ... i think it ties sooooo amazingly well and depending how you fold/wear it, different colors are emphasized! the colors are all so very "me" as well and look really good against my skintone. the brilliance of H!

anyway here are some pics i managed to take between last night and today...
hope you find these useful if you were on the fence!

Here are a few pictures of Le Songe de la Licorne cw14 (black/fuchsia/vert) 90cm silk twill. The pictures are not the greatest as it is dark right now and I had to use the camera flash, but they will give you an idea of how detailed the design is. In true Annie Faivre form, she has included the monkey too! I am awaiting at least one other colorway to arrive. I already told myself, I must get this design as I am sure I would kick myself later if I didn't!!! I just love it!!

We've seen 18 (pic posted here) but 5 sounds just like what I've been hoping for...fingers crossed because it seems summer silks are just so hard to get my hands on! If anyone gets an Equateur, please post. I think this is going to be my only scarf/shawl purchase for this season...

Well you have an incredible collection of shawls Lovely, so you have a very good eye (and probably don't make that many "mistakes"!). I also saw several cws of Echec du Roi in the 90 cm silks, and was sorely tempted by the blue/orange cw as well ( just as I was thinking I wasn't in love with this collection, they took me by surprise when I tried them on).

I see the new Echec au Roi has the color vert amande and I love greens, but this color seems to be a bit of a mystery to me. I looked up scarves with the color and I am trying to figure out if it has olive tones or brighter?
The Equatuer Summer Twill is coming in cw vert amande/aqua/violine. Sounds gorgeous!

BTW, I've read through the posts and made up a list of Echec Au Roi colourway but I am not sure the others are GM colourways or not. Might be 90cm. Hope this can be added/amended by the experts here:
