I think it would be cool to tie this so you can see that back and front are different: have to work on that! The silk is new and hence quite stiff. I think it will soften with use.

I've been meaning to play with the scarf take a mod pic - but I've been scared off by the stiffness. I tried it on and it left a few "lines" (nothing permanent, but it made me cringe nevertheless) so I didn't want to wear it in different ways like I would have with normal silk. My question is - after you wearing it and putting the scarf ring through, did it flatten out like normal silk or did the crease stay and become part of the scarf? TIA.

You're right that wearing it leaves more creases than a "regular" 90cm silk. I refolded along the original creases and left it to hang and it seemed to go 'back to normal'. Admittedly I only wore it out to lunch and not the whole day...will try that next and report back.

You're right that wearing it leaves more creases than a "regular" 90cm silk. I refolded along the original creases and left it to hang and it seemed to go 'back to normal'. Admittedly I only wore it out to lunch and not the whole day...will try that next and report back.

What an amazing scarf is this Bateaux each and every colourway has something special . Celadon is just beautiful, and a dark green border mmmmmm ....
