Beautifull scarf plumtree first time I have seen this one, may I ask is the 90 size and is it much more expensive than the regular silks, many thanks

I paid about USD630 equivalent and yes it's the 90cm size.

Wow, is this beautiful - both the scarf and the composition of your photo. Is there a name for the process Hermès used on this silk? I'm fascinated. I'm also curious about the printing process with the back being solid black. I'd love to see a modeling shot - or a photo that shows the back as well as the front. Thank you for sharing this!

The leaflet doesn't mention a specific name. The back is simply plain solid black.

So beautiful. Can you post a mod pic?

Sharing on this thread too (I posted earlier on the Perfect Match thread). My Cavalcadour Clair de Lune, made by burying the silk, digging it up and washing it (an ancient Chinese technique apparently, according to the scarf leaflet). This changes the texture and makes it feel more substantial and have a lacquered like texture. It feels soft though slightly stiffer than regular silk, more like a silk gauze in texture. I'm sure it will soften with use.

It has a lovely black border and the reverse side is solid black.

Here with Sung bowl and Shang black jade.

THIS is exquisite! How do you find these? I've never seen an H scarf with a different front and back. Priceless! Thanks so much for sharing.

In the surprise section of the Canadian H, I saw a beautiful silver scarf, about $3k. Would love to see these IRL.
