Tanker - I SO enjoy your photos. You have great taste!

I'm really behind on this thread but wanted to share my newest from Spring.

My new 70cm
Un Amour de Cheval
CW02- fuchsia/blanc/vert

This is such a FUN scarf to play with. I adore all of the girls on horses and this scarf just makes me happy to look at!

You are just a vision my dear! Great purchase and you NEED to post more. We miss your pretty face

You look so lovely in that scarf, I am tempted by either this design or Coach, it will be my first 70, such a cute size.

I really did think of you when I bought this. Right up yout alley for sure. Yes will share actions shots soon, promise.

I have the twillys and if you saw my posts we are insisting they are baseballs, on the twillys anyway.
I love this pattern on the T shirt scarf. Very in line with Hermes RTW esp the last season of JPG. So fun!

Thank you for thinking of me! Yes, I adore this one.....loving all of the colors! Time to start a search.....anyone else see this? I will be in NYC tomorrow, may have to make a "quick" stop at Madison. Can't wait to see your pics! I am also in on that twilly conversation....but your photo just confirmed it for me. :)

I just posted this on the ode to CSGM thread. But figured this thread could appreciate it as well. Sorry if this has been posted already. I couldn't remember. But here are the cws for CetL CSGMs

Sharing on this thread too (I posted earlier on the Perfect Match thread). My Cavalcadour Clair de Lune, made by burying the silk, digging it up and washing it (an ancient Chinese technique apparently, according to the scarf leaflet). This changes the texture and makes it feel more substantial and have a lacquered like texture. It feels soft though slightly stiffer than regular silk, more like a silk gauze in texture. I'm sure it will soften with use.

It has a lovely black border and the reverse side is solid black.

Here with Sung bowl and Shang black jade.

This sounds amazing (love the pairing with the Chinese antiques)! Would love a model pic if you could. :smile1:

Wow, is this beautiful - both the scarf and the composition of your photo. Is there a name for the process Hermès used on this silk? I'm fascinated. I'm also curious about the printing process with the back being solid black. I'd love to see a modeling shot - or a photo that shows the back as well as the front. Thank you for sharing this!
