I recently bought two preloved Speedy B 25s in empreinte leather. Need to decide which one to keep. Black is Made in USA. Came with everything including the original receipt. Has a bit of a perfume or deodorizing scent. $500 less than retail. Cognac is Made in France. Came with everything, except no receipt and the dust bag is not the right size for this bag. Err. Has a bit of a closet or stale scent. A tad above retail. Both bags are in excellent overall condition. Help me decide.

I would definitely chose the cognac. It’s such a unique and limited color and MIF. Heads will turn when you wear this bag as it stands out beautifully!!

I would keep cognac which isn‘t available any more and so hard to get. Very beautiful
Gosh they both are so lovely. I like them both, but imo you can always get a black bag. The Cognac is harder to come by. Cognac goes with a lot, but if you're trying to make it go more with an outfit that could use a black bag, you can always accessorize with a bandeau with black on it or a strap, bag charm, etc

You may want to check the side seam stitching on the Cognac one. The sides seam do not look straight. I had to exchange for a better stitching when I bought mine in Paris. The side seam was wobbly on the first one I bought causing the side and bottom cave in. Also the Cognac one has a luggage Tag. I don't think Giant Empreinte Speedy 25 comes with a luggage tag. Just my thoughts.

Have you decided which bag you will be keeping? That is always hard for me. I don't dare do what you did as I have a hard time turning away beautiful bags. Lol. I would justify keeping both so I need to make up my mind beforehand. Lol
Hi. Funny you mention this. Yes, I am struggling with what bag to keep. The struggle is real! 🤦♀️ Although I love the Cognac bag, I don’t have a Black bag and it would be more practical. Also, the barrel shape is better defined on the Black bag, which I love. The Cognac bag has a bit less structure. But, that is nice, too. Thank you! Your response sealed the deal for me! Yes, I love the Black bag, too. While Cognac is a beautiful color, for some reason this bag in Black is stunning. So, taking into consideration all the pros and cons I earlier mentioned for both bags, I am keeping the Black bag. For me, it just feels right. 😊
Oh oh! Lol. Yes the struggle is real. It's hard for me to be disciplined. Well let us know what you decide! If you keep both you can always sell the one you aren't using much...you know, just to help you keep the viscous cycle going of bag buying. Hahaha!
