i asked my SA that and he said they only made about 300 this summer, in the winter they may make about 100, it’s not the same each season. He said they make more damier ebene and monogram than azur in general too
I ordered my Mon mono Speedy B30 on 3/15 and as of today it’s still in the “order in production“ phase. Stalking my order everyday to no avail. 6 weeks seems like forever. Hopefully not much longer!

I bought my Speedy in 1984 and I recently took it in to get some love from LV. Should be getting it back in the next two weeks. I have not carried it in years but decided it is time to take it out and give her some new love.
How Cool! I bought my first one (actually my first LV) in 1983 and it is long gone! I do recall though, that I paid $180 - I cannot remember if that included the little monogram strap, that I used to convert it to a crossbody!
Just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to order my Speedy 25 in the Damier Azur Canvas today! I placed it through the LV Concierge Link that I found here on Purseforum. I first made contact with the Service on Monday 4/26 and they advised me that “an opportunity may update within the next two weeks”. And lucky for me that opportunity came today! They really were Great to work with.....
That Strap served me well! For the first time in 38 years, I am going to try the Speedy without a strap. No more walking long distances and son is all grown up, so let’s see how wearing it on the crook of my arm or holding it by the handles works out.....
Weird- I’m in Canada and texted my local sa for a speedy 25 mono last week. She ordered it in from the states and it arrived in a few days (ordered on Wednesday and just arrived within days this past Sunday). I think LV plays some serious mind gamesNot to takeover the speedy thread (lol) but any tips on getting the PA in mono? That and the speedy 25 mono are the only two things on my wishlist I have not been able to getI periodically check the site and I managed to get it in my bag once but before I could check out, it disappeared
Most Speedys and Neverfull are made in the US. I think that COVID 19 coupled with lowering the production of monogram pieces caused the latenes....
My first speedy 25b was purchased two years ago and was MIU. Last year, I bought my second speedy, a PA, zippy wallet and all were MIF. I think production shifted back to EU since COVID ran rampant in the US. It’s likely that production will shift back to stateside.
